David Oxstein
CEO
David has been an accomplished early stage investor of start up companies and an entrepreneur for over 20 years. He founded Oxstein Labs and M1 Software, which he grew into one of Los Angeles’ leading application development firms with strong ties to Microsoft. David’s passion is working with other business leaders as we re-design the world economy on a sustainable and rational basis. The growing portfolio of companies in Oxstein Labs is focused on supporting this vast and historic change, while helping people to focus on their challenges in meaningful ways. |

Bruce Brown
General Manager
Bruce was previously VP of Product Management at Evryx Technologies (2007-2009), responsible for Visual Search applications for iPhone, BlackBerry, WindowsMobile, J2ME, BREW, Symbian and Android mobile phones. Bruce was Practice Manager for Strategy, Sales & Consulting Services delivery for Microsoft Corporation (1991-2003), responsible for many of Microsoft’s largest customers. Before that, he was Senior Systems Analyst for Saga International (1990-1991), responsible for designing and implementing travel reservation systems. Previous to that he was Senior Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corp (1985-1990), where he was responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Windows applications. Doug Fasching
Technology Strategist
Doug excels at selecting and implementing the technology necessary to accomplish the goals of Oxstein Labs. Doug has 26 years experience in the field of Information Technology and has broad knowledge of almost everything that has been invented during that time frame. Doug’s career started with enlisting in the Air Force at the age of 17 and was assigned to the 1st U.S. Space Command (No Joke) NORAD, Colorado. From there he has worked for the Army, Navy and Marine Corps as a defense contractor on projects spanning from Mainframe installations to Secure Satellite Communications Systems located in California, Illinois, Georgia, Alaska, Northern England and Greenland. Doug has also worked for Scientific Atlanta / Cisco Systems, a Fortune 500 company. Professional Motto: “If it can’t be done yet, it soon will be” |

Ron is a versatile marketer with over 20 years experience in advertising, experiential, broadcast, web and social marketing/communication initiatives. He is especially skilled at pulling together diverse specialists to solve complex problems in a highly creative way. Award-winning and passionately committed, Ron has had a results-oriented career directing integrated initiatives to drive brand visibility, image and niche positioning. Ambidextrous in thought and action, Ron takes pride in building the bridge between the story that needs to be told and the audience that needs to hear that story. |

Brett Greene
Director, Social Strategy
Brett is a web strategist with deep experience and talent in psychology, marketing, branding and social media. With a Masters degree in psychology, Mr. Greene incorporates the leading aspects of social psychology and behavioral psychology into interactive marketing campaigns. His career in marketing began as a National Promotion Director for record labels including Geffen and MCA. After a decade and a half in the music industry, he migrated to the Internet where he pioneered using online technology to develop thriving web programs. He develops strategies and systems which build deeper trust, value and revenue for businesses through meeting social needs. |

Jessica Hammer
Project Manager
Jessica is Project Manager at Oxstein Labs, making sure everyone plays well together and facilitating each project from inception to completion. After moving from the east coast to the west, Jessica has found a home at Oxstein Labs that combines her background in Design and Psychology. Jessica has previously worked in the Interior Design field working under several designers in Los Angeles and Baltimore, MD (2007-2009) Jessica was a Behavior Therapist/BII (Behavior Intervention Implementer) at ACES San Diego (2006-2007), responsible for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) reducing problem behavior for individuals with autism and related disorders. Previous to that she was a Special Education teacher, responsible for a Self-Contained Classroom for children with Emotional Disturbance at The Forbush School at Sheppard Pratt (2005-2006). B.S. Kyle Shannon
Kyle is a serial entrepreneur and a marketing maven. He loves brainstorming tough problems and working with people to make the most of what they want to accomplish. Whether individually, for a company or within a startup of his own making. Kyle co-founded and ran Agency.com, which continues as one of the largest interactive agencies to this day. At its peak, AGENCY.COM had annual revenues of more than $200 million, 2000+ employees with offices in the US, Europe and Asia. It went public in 1999 and was was sold to Omnicom in 2001. Kyle’s successful entrepreneurial track record also includes: founding New Voice Theatre Company in NYC; founding the non-profit organization the World Wide Web Artists Consortium (wwwac.org); co-creating the first online art & culture magazine, Urban Desires (desires.com); and writing or co-writing seven feature screenplays. He favorite vice is fly fishing. |
